ff1 update: turkey

Here is the latest update for the Fantasy Formula 1 league following another exciting race, in Turkey.

With all the controversy surrounding next season and its disputed regulations, perhaps now would be a good time to kick-off our own discussion on the rules for next year. What changes, if any, would you like to make to the FF1 scoring system for next year? Would you prefer to have just two drivers rather than three? Greater penalties for retirements? Scoring for only the first eight finishers, more reflective of the real formula one?

So, we leave the glitz of Monaco behind, with Jenson Button extending his lead, but with a certain element of unpredictability with the rest of the field. It’s certainly shaken our FF1 table about a bit.

ff1 update: spain

After Bahrain there were very few changes to the table. But after Spain, only 3 people hold the same position they did before the race. Take a look at the table below to see where the shake-up has left your team.

The glamour of Monaco next – always a favourite to watch, and it will be interesting to see how KERS is used on the narrow roads of Monte Carlo. Who do you predict to win? Another Brawn one-two?

Another dramatic race in the wet led to a pretty significant shake up of the Fantasy Formula One table, with some people moving a up (or down) quite a few places.

ff1 update: malaysia

A wash-out Malaysian Grand Prix was abandoned thanks to torrential rain, causing many drivers to aqua-plane even with full-wet tyres.

Since the race had gone past the 50 percent mark but not 75 percent, half points were awarded for the race itself. Full marks were awarded for qualifying.

Here’s hoping the Chinese Grand Prix runs full distance, and that we continue to see plenty of good overtaking.
